Competition terms and conditions

• To enter the promotion, an Absa customer should:
  -Open an Ultimate Account, or
  -Successfully apply for a new credit card and swipe P250, or
  -Swipe any of their Absa cards for P250 at any of our retail rewards partners
• Prices are not transferable.
• The campaign is only open to persons  18 years and older.
• Directors, members, partners, employees or agents of or consultants to Absa and Absa rewards partners, or their advertising or sponsorship agencies, spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates of such persons or entities are not eligible to enter the competition and cannot win prizes.
  
• The competition period will run from Wednesday 3 March 2021  and will end on Thursday 3 June 2021.
  
• Entry into the  campaign will be automatic when an Absa customer opens an Ultimate Account  and funds it, or successfully applies for a new credit card and swipes P250, or swipes any of their Absa cards for P250 at any of our retail rewards partners.
  
• All the entries will be entered into the draw for the respective period prices.
  
• Winners will be contacted  telephonically by Absa.
  
• Absa decisions regarding any draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
  
• By accepting a prize, winners agree that Absa will be entitled to publish their names and photographs at no cost, in any advertising and  promotional media for a period of 3 (three) months after the campaign period. Prior to awarding the prize, Absa may require the winner to give Absa written consent to that effect.
• Absa will not share and/or sell any entrant’s personal information with and/or to any third parties.
  
• Absa reserves the sole discretion to interpret these terms and conditions, and Absa's decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
  
• All information relating to this campaign and published on any promotional or advertising material in any media at any time during the competition period will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
  
• All entrants will be bound by these terms and conditions.
