    How to make a claim

    Botswana Insurance Company (BIC) is our underwriter for this cover. In the event of an incident which may result in a claim under this policy you are required to:

    • Notify us at any of our nearest branch as soon as possible, within 30 (thirty) days of the happening of the event and deliver to us all relevant information and details of the claim in writing together with all documentation supporting the claim
    • Notify the police of the event immediately (within 24 (twenty-four) hours) if item is stolen
