  • Maximum loan amount P5,000,000
  • Maximum loan tenor 240 months/20 years
  • Minimum 3 residential units required
  • Loan-to-value (LTV) ratio: 
    • 85% for Purchase
    • 70% Construction
    • 60% Equity Release/Refinance
  • Rental income must be paid int an Absa account
  •  Limited to following locations:
    • Southern Region: Lobatse, Kanye, Jwaneng
    • Gaborone and Surrounding
    • North and Central: Mahalapye, Palapye, Serowe, Selebi Phikwe, Tonota, Tati Siding, Francistown. Borolong, Maun, Letlhakane
    • (Orapa ), Kasane, Kazungula

    • Valid Identity card (nationals) or passport (non - citizens) 
    • Confirmation of employment
    • Confirmation of physical address
    • Salary account with Absa Bank or 3 months' bank statements from your current bank
    • Marriage certificate if you are married and consent from your spouse whereit applies
    • Form A if you are married out of community of property
    • Credit Life is compulsory
    • Additional requirements for Absa Home Loan Finance
    • Agreement/Offer letter from seller
    • Copy of title deed
    • Approved plans, bill of quantities and quotation (building loan)
    • Valuation report
    • Balances of all loans and credit cards
